Hello friends, and welcome to our group classes section! You will find everything regarding what our classes are all about. We offer different formats of classes for the variety you need to stay motivated. Our studio offers a dynamic group exercise class schedule. The goal of our group exercise program is to give our members the opportunity to explore new ways of exercising in the more private way of a studio. Our instructors are experience to mix in workouts with the music, so classes are always different. Our goal is always to provide our members with authentic well rounded experiences... Enjoy!!

    Boot Camp

    High intense workout that challenges your strength and endurance.


    Equiptment is used for this class.

    Cardio Kickboxing

    High energy kicks, punches, jabs, uppercuts, and a variety of movements for a total body workout.

    Zumba Step

    Fitness party with a stepper, tones and strengthens legs and glutes with a gravity defying blend of Zumba routines and step aerobics.

    Pound Rockout

    Cardio Jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing and sweat dripping fun of playing the drums. A total complete toning body workout and rocking out!!!

    Xtreme Step

    Workout a sweat with this heart-pumping classic with a twist of an intense total body workout.

    Gentle Yoga

    The focus is on meditation through movement, emphasis on breath / body movement. Performed on a mat to build core strenght, flexibility, and improve posture.

    Strong by Zumba

    A high intensity training class using more traditional fitness moves for a more athletic, conditioning style, workout. You use your own body weight as resistance to achieve muscle definition.

    Circuit Training

    This class is coming soon.

    A form of body conditioning and resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strenght building and muscular endurance. Stations are designed for this type of workout.
