Xtreme Dance Fitness is a private family studio that dedicates itself to providing fitness to the community in a friendly and encouraging environment. We offer a variety of classes to choose from, such as Zumba, Silver Sneakers, Yoga, kickboxing, and more! We also offer evening classes for those who prefer a more vibrant atmosphere. We are passionate about fitness and encourage you to join us!

Xtreme Step

Xtreme Step is a challenging, high-intensity aerobic and cardio class featuring advanced choreography in a highly energetic environment.

Cardio Kickboxing

Using a combination of martial arts and fast-paced cardio, we encompass the kickboxing feel with lower impact and encourage continuous movement to keep your heart rate up.


Our spin classes foxus on gaining endurance and strength by combining fast-paced cycling with strategic light rest intervals.

Circuit Training

With a focus on strength and muscular endurance, this class includes endurance training, resistance training, and high-intensity aerobics.

Pound Rockout

Using specialized exercise exercise drumsticks called Ripstix, this class provides a full-body cardio workout to the rhythm of energizing rock music.

Muscle Body Toning

Our Muscle Body Toning class focuses on improving your endurance and muscle strength through the use of hand-held weights, stability balls, resistance bands, and more.

Boot Camp

Our Boot Camp workouts include high-intensity interval training, which consists of bursts of intense activity mixed with intervals of lighter activity.
